Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, your product will be the same as the picture
Where can I view my sales receipt?
On your profile (after your have registered)
Click on My Account – top right
Click on Orders
Click on Actions
How can I return an item?
Please email: Janine@ivinedecor.co.za with your contact details and reason why you would like to return the item. Janine can then assist with your return or you can return with your own courier. You can then use the money to purchase something else in the store or request a refund.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, items that are currently out of stock, will be re-stocked unless discontinued at the supplier.
Where can I ship my order?
Your orders will be shipped to your via Seabourne Logistics, should Divine, Dine & Décor be short of items, you will be contacted by Janine, via email to discuss the waiting period etc.
